1. For anyone who is planning to attend any part of the Vivah Prastav, it is mandatory to complete the RSVP Form, irrespective of whether you require hotel accommodations / transportation or not.
2. The deadline for RSVP is January 10 2022. (For RSVPs received after this date, we will try to accommodate you with hotel facilities to the best of our abilities, but will not be able to guarantee your individual requests.)
3. Further details regarding, hotels and transportation will be provided in a follow-up e-mail, once the RSVP forms have been completed and submitted.
4. We are kindly requesting everyone to complete the RSVP forms at this time even if you may have some doubts regarding your travel plans. If for any reason, your plans change, you can inform us at anytime upto the February 5th to change/cancel your RSVPs. This will truly help us in planning logistics for Vivah Prastav.

• Prastav Samiti will provide accommodations for three days, on 9,10,11 February 2023 in Vadodara. If you require accommodations on any other days, kindly specify in the remarks section of the form. Guests who require accommodations on other dates not mentioned above, please make your own reservations with the hotel that has been assigned to you. We will provide the details in your follow-up confirmation email regarding hotel assignments. Check-in and Check-out time as per the norms. i.e. 2 Pm Check-in and 12 Noon Check out.
• For those who require accommodations in Ahmedabad, please specify in the Remarks section of the RSVP form. (The reservations will have to be done by the guests themselves.) We will provide list of hotels in Ahmedabad with their contact details in follow-up/confirmation email.

• Prastav Samiti will provide transportation for 9,10 & 11 February 2023 (Hotel to Event place and back to hotel only).

• Luxury Bus facility has been arranged for the guests who will be attending reception at Ahmedabad. PLEASE mention in the remarks of the RSVP form if you require transportation to and from Ahmedabad
